  • All team leaders conduct performance discussions every six months to discuss and update individual plans and you will play a part in this by being ready to gain new skills and willing to contribute ideas for your future development.
  • Our training is job relevant, practical and engaging. It includes short courses, on-the-job training, college attendance, e-learning, external programmes and coaching.
  • We have a number of leadership development programmes and general courses covering software skills, presentation skills, business writing, project leadership and time management.
  • Sales executives receive specific product knowledge and selling skills training to keep their skills at a high level. This includes telephone selling skills for our customer support employees.
  • All new service engineers undergo a specially designed two year training scheme, (recognized as the best in our industry) to ensure they are completely proficient with all aspects of fork lift maintenance.
  • In addition they receive ongoing technical training to keep them up to date with new products and technologies.
