Customer Feedback
At Barloworld Handling we continuously monitor the performance of our products and services against written targets to help us reach the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
We have partnered with independent research specialists Experteye to identify areas where we can improve. Experteye carryout independent surveys on our behalf to monitor customer satisfaction against key targets and against the performance of major competitors. In addition we gather feedback direct with customers through regular face to face meetings.
