Our 16 regionally based short term hire centres are ideally placed to support multi-site operations with trucks reserved in advance to meet seasonal needs.
Many of our national customers use us to reduce their core fleet costs by supplementing their fleets at peak periods throughout the year. Our short term hire trucks are specified to exactly match customer requirements and will be delivered and collected from site according to pre-arranged timings. All of our rental trucks are expertly maintained and have an up to date thorough examinations (LOLER) certificate. In the event of breakdown, Briggs employ over 400 skilled engineers throughout the UK who will respond quickly and effectively to get you moving.
Our national short term centre in Tamworth holds additional rental units for national multi-site operations. Being centrally placed in the UK with excellent transport links fork truck rental units can be transported quickly wherever they are required. Our national short term hire manager is on hand to co-ordinate and manage national account deals and of course negotiate highly competitive national rates. Site surveys are available upon request to identify the best range of trucks to suit your needs. We also offer on-site driver training to staff through our forklift operator training courses.
