Hyster order pickers are one of the most efficient and cost effective solutions for the fast fulfillment of customer orders. They also perform well in horizontal transport activities such as cross-docking and load shuttling.
The key to order picking is comfort and ease of operation. Hyster low level order pickers have a comfortable work platform and easy to operate tiller head with finger tip controls, combined with easy on/off access. The range includes models for ground level picking or frequent second level picking requirements, or with independent fork lift. The L02.0-L features raising operator platform and independent fork lift for second level picking. All trucks have a 4kW AC motor to drive maximum productivity over a full shift of picking.

The tiller head is ergonomically designed for maximum operator comfort with all controls located within easy reach. A height adjustable operator back rest features a padded seat pad to reduce fatigue. The butterfly button controls travel direction, speed and braking while proportional lift / lower buttons provide smooth positioning of forks.
AC motor technology provides excellent control and performance levels for speed, acceleration and torque whilst reducing maintenance costs. Speed reduction of cornering, regenerative braking and anti-rollback on ramps are standard. Adjustable settings allow truck performance to be varied to suit operating conditions. On-board diagnostics detect any faults whilst an hourmeter and battery discharge indicator with lift interrupt are featured as standard.
