Where a forklift part is not immediately at hand we have an online link to Hyster's European parts centre in the Netherlands. This offers an additional £15m of parts stock, ability to pull direct from production and an overnight delivery service for orders before 4.00pm.

Our specialist parts team can offer help when sourcing parts for Hyster lift trucks or any other brand including Yale, Linde, Jungheinrich, Still, BT and Toyota parts. This enables our engineers to fix customer trucks on their first visit a very high proportion of the time. Our service centre can also see the parts inventory before dispatching a technician. Where a part needs to be ordered, our engineers are equipped with the latest PDA technology giving them advanced truck schematics and parts identification. A direct link to our national parts centre in Birmingham and in-boot service delivers parts directly to the engineers vehicle, or customers premises overnight enabling the part to be fitted without further delay.
